Custoza is made from Garganega, Tocai Friulano, Riesling Italico and Malvasia, harvested from the beginning of September through the first 10 days of October, then separated and vinified separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.  It’s a beautiful straw colored wine with pale green highlights and fruity aromas.  The taste is lightly aromatic, dry, tangy, full bodied and well balanced.  Custoza is delightful as an aperitif but also great with hors d’oeuvres, rice and pasta dishes, shellfish and fish recipes in general. 

Serve chilled.
