Terre Valse Pinot Grigio

After the harvest the grapes are destemmed and soft pressed.  The must is drained off at a low temperature and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature; the wine is then refined in stainless vats for several months.  After bottling, it’s left to rest for two months before release. This is a lovely pale straw colored wine with aromas of fresh  cut wildflowers and honey.  The taste is refreshingly dry and fruity with a lingering finish on the palate; delicious as a sipping wine or when served with a wide variety of fish dishes and shellfish, antipasti, omelets and light meats.  Should be served chilled.
