Sparkling Cococciola Brut

Production and wine making:

Cococciola is cultivated using the Abruzzo pergola technique. It is produced using white wine making techniques, without maceration, and with soft crushing. Fermentation, ageing and refermentation are carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Weak straw yellow colour, scents of white flowers, citrus and light spicy notes. On the palate it has a vibrant acidity and freshness, fruity and slightly bitter notes. It is a quaffable wine. To be served at 9-11°, highly recommended as an aperitif and to begin a lunch. It goes well with fish dishes with a delicate taste. It is characterized by scents rich of citrus, white flowers and clear vegetable notes, together with a pleasant smell of crust of bread, and a good, lively gustative energy Its fine bubbles assure the persistence of the taste and the pleasantness on the palate.
